Question
EDWIN
I just had a multiple C&P EXAM for lower back and hip problems. The C&P examiner stated my incapacitating period as 4 weeks with "AT LEAST AS LIKELY THAN NOT" , while the NEXUS LETTER from my private doctor indicates 11 weeks of incapacitating period WITH "MORE LIKELY THAN NOT". Which one will prevail ???
