Who is the "when they look at your tax's & verify" your income, what income, if your IU?

Did you get an IU Rating, when? Your IU Aniversary date dictates when you have to file the 21-2140, it's due each year, within 60 days of the Award Letter Date. That is, until you reach 70.

I was just wondering what the VA looks at for income at the poverty level. And if I were to get awarded. I was just thinking ahead it's just my anxiety getting the best of me.
