Moving from Pending Notification to Pending decision approval

Any one have any clue why my claim would move backwards from pending notificationn.

It happens all the time. Dont tie yourself to looking at Ebenefits more than once a week or two, or once a month. Sometimes the status changes more than once in a day. Relax and find a hobby- I mean that nicely, not sarcastic. It will resolve when it does.

I agree.  You will have better luck counting on a drug addicted teenager to show up to cut your lawn than ebenefits.  Both are notoriously unreliable, but we kind of expect that from a drunk teen.  Since its so unreliable, one wonders what its purpose is.
