This is really a question for your Non VA Sleep Dr. You'll have a very difficult time getting a VA Clinician to opine regarding the possible Nexus. If your Sleep Dr is Board Certified, just his Clinician Notes discussing the linkage (Nexus) of your DX'd Sinusitis and your recent DX'd OSA, would be all you really need, from a Secondary SCFDC Filing perspective. Scan & attach his DX & Clinician Notes to your FDC, uour good to go.

There's a Medical list of about 10 or 12 usual suspects in regards to OSA causes, how do you measure up?

Untreated OSA CSA & MSA KILLS! Be vigilant for any Cardiac or Pulmonary Hypertension issues developing down range. A PH DX can take an SA 50% SC to 100%.

Become 100% compliant with the use of your Cpap or Bipap.
