In my opinion they will award for each of these conditions.

However you get 100% now( I assume schedular 100 because you still work)

Is the 100% for one sole disability?

These conditions all seem severe but the VA Schedule of Ratings here is the best way to check your C & P exam results with , to determine a rating.

I am assuming the DDD is service connected ----as the last pdf seemed to suggest the IBS is due to the DDD surgery as secondary.....

It is a favorable C & P exam but I am not sure how they will rate these conditions( and I dont want to guess)

,(the Schedule of Ratings here will help you do that) and how they will determine the over rating, with the 100% you get now.

Do you get the 100% solely for the DDD? Is it P & T?

If you are 100% now and have these other chronic disability's and are separate from your present 100% S.C. Disability.

And these New Contentions are all Service Connected.

The VA Rating Specialist Should Infer you to the SMC 's  Required criteria rating table  this is mandatory to determine what your correct rating should be...don't let them beat you out of it   obviously  this can mean a substantial increase financially for you and your family.

Mrs Berta,

Thanks for your feedback. I'm not P & T yet. I have a re-look in PTSD, Migraines, and Flat Feet in 2018. I have a single rating in PTSD, which is a 100%. These are some additional issues that i have just claimed. When i was retiring from the Army i did not have anyone to assist me with what to claim. Only recently i found out what i should be claiming. Yes, my DDD is already service connected and i get 40%.

*Happy New Year*
