If I file for a new disability will the VA review my prior claims that have been deemed permanent, can they make me take the old C&P exams over again or will they only look at the new claim.

Funny you mention a 56 chevy belair..that was my first car I ever bought  working as a buss-boy/dishwasher in the clown restaurant in Denton Tx 65/66  it had a  235 6 cylinder  3 speed on column 2 tone light blue & white ...I absolutely loved that car. I was not old enough for D.L. but I drove it around the block a few times...I can't remember what happy to it  I think I sold it to a friend or someone  it was still running good.

I use to watch GAS MONKEY GARAGE  They buy old field cars, barn cars rusted plum through and restore like brand new  its an excellent hobby  if you have the tools to work with  its fun and satisfying.  I always wanted to restore a 69 corvette sting ray  I love those cars.
