I
I was denied an increase for skin conditions in Nov of 2016 claim was denied I accepted the denial.
I submitted on Sept 10 2016 I reopened my claim for PTSD just PTSD and was going through the phases it went to review of evidence and on Jan 6 2016 it was at preparation for decision however now instead of it saying just PTSD it said PTSD and Posttraumatic stress disorder (Reopen), SCARS, BELOW LOWER LIP AND LEFT UPPER LIP (Increase), FOLLICULITIS OF THE FACE/BEARD, BILATERAL CHEEKS, MOUSTACHE, CHIN, FRONT OF NECK, NAPE OF NECK, BILATERALAXILLA, BILATERAL GROINS, UPPER BACK AND SCALP (Increase
I ask this would the VA re open and increase decision on there own and why??????
