Question

Seems as of recent I am unable to see my "work in progress" and or my "payment history".  All I get is the spinning wheel of doom??

Everything else works fine.

I do have FOIA c-file request currently with a completion date sometime in 2019.  Maybe thats whats got there undies in a wad.

Thanks,

Hamslice

Buck,

I guess I should have been more specific.  For the last month or so it wont let me see either claims status or payment history.  Just the spinning wheels.

Today the same.

I can see and get everything else, letters, disabilties, etc..

Thanks,

Hamslice

Ham you could send in a 21-4138...that's a statment in support of claim form...but you can also use it for a correction or to complain about e benefits   and  request that you be able to read your documents on e benefits, or let them know its not working correctly on your end.

Just today I used the 21-4138 to straighten out some duplicates  of ITF (INTENT TO FILE)  in which if I had done nothing they would have used the early ITF And not the original ITF  for my claim..we got to watch them like  baby...just download the 21-3148  and explain to them what its doing  and  upload it in to your documents  on e benefits   that's what I did today. (hopefully you will get someone that can read)

I call IRIS Today they put me in touch with my R.O.   The employee I talk with mention the 21-4138 and state my problem in detail...so I did....don't know the out come yet  be a few months for me.

Try  calling  1-800-827-1000 or 1-800-983-0937
