Question

Had 10 unfavorable decisions for which I had filed NODs.

I had sent the VA new evidence, IMO and nexus letter from my treating physician, for my flat foot and posterior tibial tendon syndrome just days before the appeals  completion..

As of February 27, and February 28, it shows four appeals complete, but I can't find out any details.

No hearing

I called Peggy and the call resulted in no details being provided.

What now?

Do I take a chill pill and wait for a letter giving me the details of their decision to close my appeals?

Appears you Requested a DRO Review for your "10 Denials," correct?

Supposedly, your VSO can access your "E-Comp Claim File," and any recent Decision should be in the very front. Give them a call

So what else to do, you may ask. Is your VA Direct Deposit bank account set up to Txt & E-mail you real-time regarding all Financial Transactions? Your Retro, if any, will hit up to 3 or 4 months before the Award/Denial & SSOC arrives.

If it says Appeal Complete doesn't that mean that it was a full grant and your appeal is now closed? If it was denied wouldn't you see SOC?

Contacted Peggy again this morning.

This time I actually got someone that cared enough to look into this.

The first time I called, someone in Ohio said her computer was down.

Second one I called, was no help.

The third time was the charm, called them early this morning.

I was told the VARO dropped the duplicate appeals made by my former "legal eagle" .

I was told to expect 377 days(estimate) for a decision at the VARO.
