check out his interview  with fox media

I do hope he changes the claims process and speeds it up  and also fire the VA Employee's that are rude and disrespect veterans.

Just the other day  my spouse &I  was at my VAMC, We needed to make a copy of some information we took down from a bulletin board,  we went by this cubical and stopped where a VA Employee was typing up something  she ask us  ''can I help you'' we ask if she could do us a  quick favor and make a copy for us...she said our copy machine is down and went back to typing, we were Gee thanks a lot.....we watch another VA Employee go over to the same copy machine that was ''down'' and made several copies...this just goes to show the VA Employees are not helpful to veterans  when veterans ask for something they need.

or the VA Employees are just plain lazy.

It's all leadership. Everyone here understands that intimately.

Why is there a leadership problem? If you started at the VA, you'd understand a nanosecond into the job.
