New secretary email works

Question

I received a call from my regional office saying he was instructed by the secretary to call me and update me on my appeal that it is now certified and in the BVAs hands. So now I'll call the BVA as annoying as it sounds I don't wait for it to sit I get them to tell me why. This is my second appeal certified in two years at the BVA my first one I won...

Guess the secrets out now about the Office of case management. I was on hold twice after 17 minutes it hangs up on you,  just call again until you get someone it's a small office maybe a couple of people. Don't even try calling between 1100 and 1 and not after 4pm or before 9am. Hope my message has helped people get claims moving don't expect wait times as being normal, expect answers as to why it's taking as long. Then go from their to improve the processing of your claim don't expect the VA to find your evidence then it will take awhile.
