Yea.  5 P's.  Proper Preperation Prevents Poor Performance.

With TDIU, you need to demonstrate:

1.  YOur SERVICE Connected conditions prevent substantial gainful employment.

"Unemployablility" is not the same as "unemployed".  Anybody can get unemployed..layoffs, DUI's, lots of reasons.

You have to show how your service connected conditions preclude employment.

Do you have to go to the doc all the time?  Well tell them.

Did you get fired from your last job?  Why?

Do you have suicidal ideations, Ptsd, etc, etc?  Are you working?  Have you tried getting rehired?  How long unemployed?

Did any of your docs say your sc conditions preclude you working?  Bring a copy of that exam with you.

Just always be polite and let the examiner know your S.C. Disability is the reason you can't work...your there for that reason , just don't get up to fast or walk like nothing is wrong with you , those examiner watch you like a Hawk  (the examiner will usually let you know he/she is not the one that makes the decision)....but you better believe they have a good influence on the ones that does.

Depends on what your disability is

Here is an example:

say you have a Bad Back and your in pain constant and it is so bad you can't do your job or any other type of work cause you can't sit long  and you are in misery 24x7

.Ok this should all be in your records but some times they don't read all the records  so you being there  and let the examiner know just how bad your Back/disability truly is.

so in case the examiner has you to take off your shirt and bend  ....just let him know you can't  the pain is much much to bad..

ok now back to your shirt   Don't go over and reach down and pick it up...you kindly ask the examiner to Please hand you your shirt   ....if you go over to pick up your shirt and you bend over and grab your shirt  the Examiner is watching you like a Hawk  and when he sees this  he will say your disability is not as bad as you claim  Results is usually denied.

although he/she won't mention this to you  he/she will certainly mention it in his/her report.

so be careful with what ever disability your claiming  they watch and absorb every detail in a C&P Exam.

Your 50% SC right, are you looking for an Extra-Scheduler IU Rating? At 50%, your not eligible for a Rater's Scheduler IU Award.

What SC Disabilities make you IU? Has your yearly Earned Income been below $12,400 (under age 65)?

What makes you absolutely positive that your unable to do any type of Sedentary Work that would provide a yearly income in excess of the VA SGI Figure of $12,400 yrly?

If possible, posting redacted copies of your old and new C & Ps, would be very helpful.
