Temp Partial Grant

I've been informed that I have a temporary partial grant coming, but I have no idea what that means. I was previously approved for 0pct for bursitis(both knees) and subluxation(left knee) and I re-submitted for "reconsideration" of the percentage due to a bad C&P exam. So now that reconsideration is being(has been) approved as a partial grant for a certain timeframe, and at some point it will go back down to 0 pct. Has any else experienced this? Or does anyone know what a "Partial Grant" would mean in this scenario?
