What exactly are you filing for? Its hard to know what you are asking without more details. The ratings schedules are based, much of the time, on range of movement of the affected limb. If you look them up you can see what the ratings are for a range of motion, provided you know what your range of motion is. Is it diagnosed as 'carpel tunnel' or is it called something else? You want to look for the exact condition that you have in the ratings schedule. Ive posted (link) the musculo-skeletal ratings schedule below.
