Question

How do I prove that mild latral deviation of the distal phalanx was made worse by military service. I told them about mobility issues with my toe being crooked and the examiner kinda brushed it off. FYI Im only rated 10 percent right now for bilateral Pes planus and I have feet pain all the time.

I think you have asked some questions I answered here, but it is in a different topic.....

I don't remember what one.

If a real podiatrist writes a brief IME with a full medical rationale on what you stated, as to the mobility issues ( and dont forget this can affect your balance and ability to stand up after kneeing...the VA would SC it,, but I dont know if  it is a ratable secondary condition.)

I posted somewhere else here the rating criteria for your Pes Planus etc and I believe they might include deformity.
