Question

So this is the second time I've been diagnosed by doctors saying that now I have adhd and my first dx of adjustment disorder at the VA hospital in just the last three weeks. So I filed for it secondary to my TBI? I hear how hard it is, but is it hard even if you have two different dx one 2007 in the Marines and then 2011 at the willow grove VA.  I was given  Straterra in 2007 and in 2011, during service and then after but before I was service connected for my TBI. And now this time they are giving me Ritalin with statements of saying it my childhood adhd was exacerbated by my sTBI. I'm mad at myself I stopped taking it when I was around 12 years old I did fine in school and was in honors classes and then while in the Marines I was Marine of the quarter and class leader of my MOS school. When I awoke from the coma I was never the same again always fatigued and losing things. Is this my final dx other then I'm already SC for PTSD and residuals of a TBI? I just fear the meds will mess with my head over time and my blackouts will come back with my Dizziness. Does anyone else have  a sTBI or mTBI with an adjustment disorder?
