scotish1 Posted April 20, 2017 Author Share Posted April 20, 2017 Hi Buck , I have actually found a letter that states "This is to certify that the records of the above named honorably discharged veteran show that he is permanently and totally -disabled due to service connected disabilities" Is there any form that you know of that needs to accompany my copy of awards letters? scotish1 Posted June 4, 2018 Author Share Posted June 4, 2018 Just a update I took the advise from Hadit members (Thanks) and filed a NOD and one year later received my decision today stating We assigned a permanent 100% disability for your service connected disability effective July 1996 !
