Dependents Educational Assistance (chapter 35)

I have a child that's 24 years old and not in school what benefits can I get for him .

I have 2 kids in college already what benefits can I get for them.

This needs moved. Sorry buddy but I believe all you can do for your kids are free schooling at their point in life. Don't hold me to this because I'm no chapter 35 expert but I'm sure you can find what your looking for in these forums.

The 24 year old "may" be eligible for Ch.35, depending on when your decision was, and when was its effective date.  I suggest he or she apply, if interested in college.  

Ditto for the other 2.

The 2 in college may be even eligible for some Chap 35 retro..depending on their age and the EED,but we have lots of Chap 35 info here under a search..

Broncovet is right as to the EED and also their ages are a factor.

It is wonderful.I used Chapter 35.

Unless things are different for adult children, I, as a widow, had to pay for my semester courses in advance and then with proof of payment from the college Financial Aid office, the VA would reimburse me.
