If any of you need definitive evidence for VA claims concerning Hepatitis C and the possibility of infection via a jetgun, I received rather damning evidence useful to your claim submission. https://asknod.wordpress.com/2015/11/28/jetguns-dont-kill-people-but-just-in-case/ Happy Thanksgiving to you all and thank you for being so selfless as to be willing to serve your country. Many hear the call. Some listen. 3% sign the line and raise their hand. I salute you. Alex sends

Can't get "Answer Question" to come up on this post so will edit to add at the end. Editing to thank Berta for her Post. today is March 21, 2018. Still waiting for the response from the Judge to my rebuttal brief to the motion to dismiss by the U S Attorney. Attaching my objection and brief filed March 6, 2018. Let's all talk about this! I look forward to posting comments during the public comment period. Links to each RIN are below the quoted article. I think it is a step in the right direction, but the "access standards" need some improvement. They are too restrictive and exclusionary. https://www.blogs.va.gov/VAntage/56022/va-announces-access-standards-health-care/?fbclid=IwAR386j6S09Icp4A0TGaINkCxmJOLH401kWVH_lYFJxidmP3hkm68m0HwUcs https://www.reginfo.gov/public/do/eAgendaViewRule?pubId=201810&RIN=2900-AQ46 https://www.reginfo.gov/public/do/eAgendaViewRule?pubId=201810&RIN=2900-AQ46

For all you guys on TDIU don't forget to send in your Employment Question sheets to the VARO. I send about two a year just to make sure they know I am not working. I have to keep sending these forms in until I am 71 if I live that long. The VA still has a hook in me. John
