I am rated 100% permanent by the VA and I was informed in my award letter that I would hear from them on the proposed Incompetency issue. Well three weeks later I receive correspondence from the VA that they deemed me Incompetent due to the examining official and the letter dated 06 January 2016. I went to the DVA they had the letter from January that I never saw which gave me 30 days to dispute the proposed incompetency. Now I am waiting on a field examiner to set=up the Fiduciary which will be my wife.
