I applied for Special Adapation Housing Grant, SAH/SHA. The VA went through a third party, Optum Serve formerly none as LHI to schedule an exam of my right wrist. I am service connected for my right wrist, both knees, back, and PTSD. Does anyone know why I would be getting an exam on my wrist for SAH?

Is there one RO that overwhelmingly grants all claims? I do know that some ROs are better than others for certain claims. I forgot where I read it but I thought I saw that the Los Angeles RO was the best RO for MST claims and that the Providence RO was the best for tinnitus. Does anyone have a list of these?

On this pass Friday I had a C@P exam done at local VA hospital, would that exam results be in my health file on Blue Button? Or do I have to request that file? Thank you, Ken

I had a C@P exam for rate increase. The ex-Air Force doctor was great. Besides the original diagnostic codes, he added in other codes for problems he noticed during the exam. I had back fusion, he added in hip pain which i do, also Medium nerve along with sciatic nerve and copper tunnel syndrome all of this is my rt side along with foot drop, what happens with claim when a doctor adds more to the claim. Thank you.

I was unable to find a reply box to your post. We have a full Agent Orange forum here. Many veterans (and even their survivors) have succeeded in getting a disability, not on the presumptive list, service connected due to their proven exposure to AO. Also Secretary Wilkie is considering a few new presumptives, but we have no idea if he will even add any to the list. I wrote to him making a strong argument, as to the potential for HBP to be added, as well as ischemic stroke and have prepared a personal claim based on the same report a veteran used at the BVA, who also had a strong IMO/IME, and the BVA recently granted his HBP as due to his exposure to…

In checking on VA lack of action in 2regards to the Agent Orange presumptive listing of conditions, I noticed that the following with a date of September 2019 : If you have an illness you believe is caused by contact with Agent Orange—and you don’t see it listed above You can still file a claim for disability compensation. You’ll need to: Provide scientific and medical evidence that the condition is related to exposure to Agent Orange, or Show that the problem started during—or got worse because of—your military service Scientific proof may include an article from a medical journal or a published research study. VA has the results of thei…
