1. Gathering Evidence Ebenifits (need document) status?

   Hello. My status shows that I need to turn in a VA Form 21-4142a for my vet center records so I uploaded it. It says I have like 30 days and the status shows awaiting review. I already uploaded all my current vet center records so why should I be delayed so they can request them? Can I just contact them through iris to see if they can skip this step since I have uploaded my vet center file when I filed my FDC? Also will the status remain as gathering evidence until exams are scheduled and completed? I wish they just had a little more detail on each step. Do not want to be held up until 9/28 just so they can request a record I already uploaded. Thanks.

3. Thought I was finally making progress

   I know I read all the time about don't put too much faith in ebenefits. Well after almost 4 years a few days ago it went into pending case dispatch, When I put the cursor on the question mark it said that the BVA Judge has made a decision and I will be informed soon. I logged on today and it has been remanded, for the third darn time! UGH. I know a remand can be to grant the claim, but frustrated and needed to vent. I did call the 1800 peggy and she said that it has been remanded, but can't see any other information. 4. diabetes Audit

   I was adjudicated for 20 per cent lower leg neuropathy in may, 2016. Today I found out from my Dr following a painful EMG that I have both upper and lower leg neuropathy. How do i add this to my previous claim? Is it a new claim. I have a claim pending to address an earlier diabetes onset and an audit of benefits I feel were not addressed in the may decision

5. ptsd Preparation For Notification Back To Pending Decision Approval

   I have been a long time reader of the success stories on this site, I have never posted before. So here I go on my rant. I filed a DRO Appeal at the Muskogee Regional Office October 2013, I then had my DRO Hearing in May of 2014, at this hearing the DRO explained to me that it would be an informal non-recorded hearing simply because she seen the mistake that the VA Rating Officer made and that this would be a quick fix. "No later than end of July 2014." I had opened a dependency claim in January 2014 as well due to getting married. 6. our claims backlogged again or ebenefits wrong

   I filed to remove my ex wife they sent a stop of payment the very next month I did it on ebenefits august 4th.. my claim completion date is Estimated Completion: 05/15/2017 - 03/04/2018 ... I remember when claims took 2 years but I guess the first date has been shortedned then what first applied just looked at it again.. I know each Va office takes a different amount of time. I was out of Norfolk VA and maybe I should have waited but i just updated my address to Jamaica tonight so i dont know if that is going to add time. 7. Outdated information-especially dependents

   I'll try to make this short. Got divorced in 2001, forgot to take my ex-wife off my benefit until maybe 2008, which I discovered when I remarried that year. Oops. This was all corrected and I paid back the balance that they had over-paid me. Everything was adjusted and the VA resumed paying me for one wife and no children, although I never checked eBenefits. Fast forward to a couple of days ago...my dear wife who I married in '08 passed away two days ago, 8/30/16. 8. E-Benefits

   On E-Benefits my claim states that information requested by others is past due. It also states that I can submit the requested information if I have it. I have called the 800 number but cannot get anyone to tell me what the requested information is. Any suggestions on how to obtain this information so that I can assist in getting it submitted?

10. Claim decided, now what?

    My claim was decided last week. I have a couple of questions. 1) Will I be receiving my monthly comp payment on 01SEP? 2) When can I expect to see my retropay? My retro is under the 25k review cap, so nothing extra there. Thank you, just trying to wrap my head around all of this.

11. Work in Progress (Ebenefits)

    Hello everyone just signed in to Ebenefits to track my claim. I noticed that Ebenefits has add a new entry. I was just checking the status of my claim which is currently in prep for decision phase. I then clicked on the estimated completion time which is highlighted in blue 08/28/2016-10/28/2016. Then I noticed this information popped up. I am scared to click on it because it looks like it will even extend or delay my decision out even further. So guys could you take a look at this and tell me what do you think?

12. Received Commissary Letter but not in system

    Received commissary letter and 1172 application, my ID card information has not been sent to DEERS or local ID card section database. ID card section Rep informed me that VA has to input the ID card authorization into the system before they can process an ID card application for me. Can someone give me some idea as to what might be the problem or delay in VA inputting the ID card authorizaztion into the system. Does the pay authorization have to be finalized before the ID card is authorized? Just a thought. Thanks

13. No longer listed in Pending Disabilities section

    Hello, Can someone expalin why Ebenefits is still showing 3 open appeals when those appeals have been completed and no longer showing in the "Pending Disabilities" section? The rating in Ebenefits has changed, but no pay information has been noted in bank account or Ebenefits pay history. Any ideas! Thanks.. Add
