1. Should I STOP Bad Mouthing E-Benefits?

   The answer is a Resounding YES. Can't say I've had very much good, to say as far as E-Benefits being timely and accurate over the past couple years. As of yesterday, I stand corrected. Because of my prior negative bias regarding E-Ben for anything other than Filing claims and Evidence, I really never spend much, if any time checking my status. I've been 90% IU T & P No Future Exams since a DRO Hearing 06/14 and have filed a few FDC's for Secondary's, early 14 & 15. No real new info appeared on my E-Ben site after the SC Rating Letters 09/14 & 08/15 caught up and were finally posted to E-Ben. Then yesterday 01/05/15, I printed out a E-Ben Proof of IU …

4. changes today in eBenefits

   I was looking at eBenefits and looking at the section titled "unsolicited evidence" I found the following information entered today. Now keep in mind I didn't submit any of this information. I'm thinking that they may have finally received the information they requested from the portland RO which would have been collected 22 to 33 years ago. 5. diabetes IRIS Response

   Hadit-teers, I submitted a FDC over 190 days ago. The claim was for secondary contentions related to my primary disability of diabetes type 1. This RO processes FDC's within 90 days on average. I received the following email from IRIS today and I just don't understand. The RO has requested archived medical records from Oregon (a State I haven't lived in since 1993). Any idea what may be going on here? As this was a FDC I don't understand why the RO would be requesting records from 22+ years ago.    I have been trying to do this for the last week or so and eBennefits will not allow the choice. Has anyone tried this option and was it submitted successfully? I have no further evidence to submit and wanting my claim to go up the chain.

7. upload documents to ebenefits

   I have recently been uploading my Medical documents into Ebenefits. It seems to be rather easy to scan the documents into my computer and then upload them.. I filed my claim for increases on my current ratings on 11/16/2015.. I am almost done submitting evidence.. I have not had a CandP exam yet however... Can I request a decision? Will that expedite the scheduling of my CandP exam?

8. Post 9/11 GI Bill

   Wondering if anyone has some realistic insight to how long it takes to see any actual money (BAH or Book stipend) when using the post 9/11 GI Bill. I applied on Jan 21, started school on Jan 25, and my school is absolutely hounding me for the certificate of eligibility. I called on the 888 number Tuesday and was told that I will be getting 90% and that my letter should have been sent out. 10. Went to PFD today

    So I filed my FDC claim on 1/12/16 - had C&P exams on 2/4/16 and today I am in Preparation for Decision. I went from GOE to PFD in a matter of a week. My timeline changed too. 11. tdiu EBENNIES MOBILE

    Hello everyone I am still having a problem logging into ebennies mobile. When I try to login it tells me (system error please login again) If anyone has an answer to this please let me know. I also still have 1 claim out for 100 percent unemployability ( this was a claim that the VA themselves initiated ) that doesn't reflect on ebennies as well, when I call the 800 number all Peggy will tell me is to expect an answer by June. Any info you can provide to fix the error on the mobile site would be greatly appreciated. Thanx for any info you can provide.

12. ebenefit status confused

    my claim is still gathering evidence but when checking under claim status it showed the following needed from me and I don't quiet understand what they mean by how it is worded, request 2 was submitted with the initial FDC. I do not understand number 3 and why they even have it on there if it is no longer needed. Is it just ebenefits mumbo jumbo or does it mean anything?? thank you in advance, any opinions would be appreciated.

13. Ebenefits question

    Tough question that I can't seem to find an answer for. I am 90% and paid at 100% for TDIU. I am trying to add to my rating a few things connected to Gulf War Illness and also asking for an increase for 2 already rated conditions. When using Ebenefits to process a claim it asks if I want to If you want to claim unemployability, continue to answer the unemployability-related questions. Unemployability will then be added to the list of disabilities when you submit your claim But since I am already getting paid for unemployability I do not know if I have to fill out and submit this form???? I don't think I would need to as I am not reopened what I am cons…
