I swear, I'm gonna have a(nother) nervous breakdown, sitting here waiting........tick, tock, tick, tock..............grrrrrrrrrrrr!

Dc For Radiculopathy Or Sciatica?
Hi All, I have scoured this forum and the eCFR's for a DC for Radiculopathy. I found sciatica, but I don't know if it's the same as radiculopathy. I was told by DAV fellow that it is a separate condition as opposed to being secondary to my SC-DDD, so I need a new claim for it. I also can not find anything in the CFRs on plantar fasciitis. That will be secondary to either my feet or DDD/radiculopathy. DAV says to get an IMO stating which. Anybody know the DC or what section of 38 CFR to look at for these two ailments? :)

Time
1. I had a formal hearing in Albuqurque in July 2007. As a rule how long does BVA take to make decisions. 2. The DAV rep I had should be fired. He treated me like a criminal at this hearing. I'll make waves about this after I hear from the BVA. Thank for reading A Real Live Chief Petty Officer

30% Gi Condition.
Oct 30, 2007 the AMC rate my GI s-c with a 30%. Issue granted y the BVA in Aug 2007. Together with the decision letter, came another letter with information about filling for Vo-Reha services again. I'm already a 100% IU&PT, Permanent in Nature since 1996 my s-c are even more worst than before and I fell comfortable at home most of the time. But some times I kinda fell the need to re-train my mind you Know train a brain and trying to keep a sharp mind. You know all about brain age related to a person with multiples Physical and mental conditions. I have seen here allot of your opinions and comments about re-hab while you are IU and also about this hard to get IL…

Duty To Assist Or Requirements Of Ro's Job Descripition
I have looked but can't find what I am looking for. Does duty to assist also mean if you apply for one thing and thats not the correct application for what your applying for, are the RO's or whom ever suppose to assist you in what your really applying for rather then a straight denial. If that makes sense. Ex: I applied for arthritis as secondary to my current arthritis (degenerative) which is kinda right--if I over use a nsc part of my body then I have to rest the nsc forcing me to use the sc parts which now makes these areas worse. They go hand in hand. Ex: the SI joints etc are documented as reactive, you can show that it started in the service. When you a…

I Really Need Help Understanding How Or What To Nod
I am perplexed on how to write my NOD for the simply reason the arthritis I have is reactive arthritis caused by several bacteria's, we are fairly sure I was exposed to at least 2 if not all 3 of the causes. They denied my arthritis, right hand , knees, right foot and sacroilac. If I write it up for Reactive Arthritis secondary to Hidradenitis as a new SC then I can't do a NOD. However I can do a NOD and use the fact that the non service connected arthritis is effecting my SC arthritis. NSC secondary to SC. When I rest the NSC then I am over using the SC and making it worse. What do I do. Do I do both? The SC arthritis is degenerative in areas that I injuri…

1st C & P Exam
Good day Hadit family, First let me thank all of you that post on hadit, through your help I believe I was prepared for my first C & P exam. I am still on active duty and processing my VA claim through the BBD program. I will be transitioning out of the military on 23 April 08 with 22 years of service. Thanks to you I was armed with the exam worksheets and had everything written down. The exam seem to go well but I have a couple of joint problems-- 2 ulnar shortenings of my arm and a discetomy with an artificial disc replacement of my L4/5. My examiner was a Nurse Practictioner and she did not use a giometer (something like that) to do my ROM measurem…

Bva Remands For C&p
By this action the DVA "It's my personal opinion'" that they (AMC) intentionally are delaying most of the time-the process to handled and resolve all veterans appeals and claims decisions. My claim-appeal were remanded to the AMC. The BVA, out of three issues, granted me s-c for my 1. GI disorders and remanded 2. Cervical Spine Disorders and 3. Psychiatric Disorders issues. This is funny the AMC divided this appeal to be processed and divided in two sections. AMC sent for a C&P examination for my GI issue for rating purpose that was 2006-2007 one year already. For the second part: They sent for the two remanded C&P examinations in Dec 2007 - remanded issues…
