This comes verbatium from my BVA Decision: The veteran has also raised the issues of entitlement to service connection for a back disorder and PTSD based on in- service sexual trauma; service connection for depression, the residuals of a right wrist laceration, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and a dental disorder as secondary to her service-connected seizure disorder; an increased rating and earlier effective date for the grant of service connection for right shoulder bursitis; clear and unmistakable error in the RO's January 1981 failure to grant an increase in compensation for a dependent child; and entitlement to compensation pursuant to 38 U.S.…

tdiu Has Anyone Heard Of This Program?
Lately my shrink has been pushing a program called compensated work therapy. She thinks it would be good for me. I tend to agree.......However, I am TDIU P & T. So I am very nervous about undertaking any type of work along this line. I am even afraid to go back to school for a masters degree even though that is one of my life long dreams. I'm afraid some VA bean counter would notice this upp tick in activity on my part & declared me "cured"! Anyone else heard of this program?

Telephone Number For Dr. Bash. Urgent Berta Help!
I called the C%P exam office where I had my favorable exam, Sept 2006 and found out that my claims file is in West Los Angeles medical Facility. It has been there since September 10th and is on the desk of the West LA VAMC C&P exam director. He is to review the medical files and give an opinion if he thinks my back condition was aggravated with military service, which could result in a negative opinion and very likely result in denial. According the C&P office clerk where I had my C&P exam, Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, she did not think it was likely that the director would make a negative decision. I called the C&P exam office where the Directo…

Does this mean that you have to be using all the allpliances for the va to considered loss of locomotion.
