Pre-determining Stage
I filed my claim 2 months ago electronically. I have Hodgkin's and when I filed I sent copies of DD214, pathology reports showing I actually had the disease, report from my oncologist, etc. I called yesterday to check on the status and was told it was in the pre-determining stage, with all the evidence I sent what is it they have to determine? Is this just one of many delay tactics used by them?

Dro Hearing In 2.5 Weeks
and other mistakes they have made. I have been constantly given a SC 0% for my hand and arm problems. I am applying for a michigan crossbow permit and part of that process requires a exam by a physical therapist. I went to see one at the VAMC and they signed of on the form stating that I met the requirements (80% permanent disability in upper extremities). I wonder what MR DRO will say and do once I present this as evidence?
