diabetes Appeal Vs. Tdiu
Well all I finally heard form the VA. The good news is they increased the rating the bad is I don't understand this 25 page letter. So I applied for ONE condition (SHML) and was awarded s/c. Then the problems started because there is no rating for the disorder. So a 2 year fight over what to call it that did have a rating. I thought since it is one disease that I would get the benefit of regular math not VA math. I was wrong. So here is how they broke it out to follow. They also denied several manisfistations of the disease. So should I appeal or just fill out the TDIU form. They did comment that they know that I have been on SSDI for same condtion since 2001. …

Is Their A Rate For Amnesia?
While hospitalized in the Navy I had apparently gone to take a shower and either fainted or slipped and fell, receiving a fractured nasal bone, a cerebral concusion, and was apparently unconscious for a period of time. upon regain my facalties back, I had apparently lost about three days worth of memory, having complete amnesia of what had transpired in that time. It was told to me later that I had an acute psychotic episode and had lapsed into a cantatonic stupor, this was why I was in the hopital in the first place. What I would like to know, is their a rating schedule that covers amnesia and how it is rated? I was hoping their might be something under head trau…

Iu T&p
I read the previous post that the government has instituted a law that lapsed 6 years ago. This law would require IU veterans to prove they are IU. If a veteran is IU and T&P does anyone know if this law would require them to also prove T&P? ;)
