ptsd Aggravation Of Nsc
In many years I haven't seen too many claims that consider this facet of service connection. Within 38 CFR 3.310 (a) an "Increase in nonservice connected disability caused by aggravation from a service connected disability will also be service connected." Award Letter Question
A friend just got an award letter from the VA- we cant figure this out and they didnt send the check yet- Monthly entitlement amount $1,930 Oct 1, 1995 effective date adjustment 1,979 Dec 1, 1995 cost of living adjustment 2,036 Dec 1, 1996 " """"""" and so forth up to Dec 1, 2004 rate which is $2,429 (but for 2005) When they say Dec 1, 1995 it means the 12 month 1996 rate-right? and if we take each Dec rate it is for the following year? AS I see it they owe him $1,930 for Oct and Nov and Dec 1995, then the 12 months for 2,036 -1996 rate and so forth? When he gets the check we will compare …
