100% And Still Working
I believe this has been asked/amswered before, but could not find it in the search engine. Is anyone on here rated at 100% and still working a regular job? If someone gets rated at say 95.45% VA bumps it up to 100% would that mean you could still be employed? Thanks

ptsd Review Exams
My original claim was rated at 30% for ptsd (a low rating given my C & P exam report, a GAF of 45 and another of 32, etc). I have appealed. I have also retained an attorney. I have been scheduled for a second C & P exam (same examiner) this month (which will be about a year later. First exam 3/09 this one is sched. for 5/10.) I assume it is a ptsd review exam and not an initial one. Does this make sense? Has anyone had experience with these review exams? Do the examiners pretty much stick to the script? (http://www.vba.va.gov/bln/21/Benefits/exams/disexm56.htm) The original exam did stick to the script for initial exams (http://www.vba.va.gov/bln/21/…

Resigning From Reserves To Enlist In Regular Army
This may seem like a dumb question, but this is something with which I have no experience and I have a situation with a veteran I'm trying to assist. He enlisted in the Army reserves, but didn't complete his first term of service before enlisting in the regular Army. He didn't complete his full enlistment in the regular army -- he was discharged with personality disorder. He's told me he has a list of medals and commendations, none which show up on his DD 214, and also tells me he was in Iraq, which also isn't reflected in the DD 214 (which has him assigned elsewhere). He claims that the DD 214 is wrong, and that there should be a second DD 214, however, I had h…

Advice Of Finding Specific Paperwork
I hurt my left ankle pretty badly & had to visit the ER at Ft Benning while on terminal leave from the Army back in early 2000. On my last day of Army active duty I had an appt for my ankle at an Air Force base in Florida. It seems that paperwork from neither one of these hospital visits made it into my medical records. Is there any other way to possibly track down this documentation? It was in early 2000 & I do have the exact day of the ER visit & the exact day & time of the later appt in Florida. I also have secondary insurance paperowrk about the crutches recieved, etc, etc.

tdiu Reimbursement For Copays Since Tdiu Award
Hello Vets, Can anyone tell me if copays for private medical services made since TDIU can be refunded from the VA? I was granted TDIU back to August 09 and have had medical bills with copays that I've made since. The services were for treatment in January thru March of 2010, and I wasn't notified of the TDIU award until March 2010. So of course I wasn't even in the VA health system at the time. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Blackbird
