Question Regarding Spinal Injury
I have question regarding issues I'm having with my back. Background In 1989 a bad spinal tap landed me in the hospital for 8 months in a body cast with ruptured and infected disc and blood poisoning due to the infection. After surgery my surgeon informed me i now have a narrowing of my spine. Upon release they gave me 10 % rating. In 2001 I requested a rate increase and the rating doctor said i had disc degeneration with mild osteoporosis and I was given increase to 20%. Now I'm having problems daily and I have a job that requires me to stand for 8 hours and I cannot do it. I have since asked for a rate increase about a month ago but I'm not sure what I should e…

Amc Nightmare.....
I have an appealed claim for IU due to mood disorder because of TBI that was sent to BVA then remanded to AMC with a statement to expedite the process(whatever that means). My VA psych's notes were sent to them stating that I am unemployable due to my condition and the meds I take. It has been there for about 7 months. After numerous calls to 800#, I was told by someone that called me from AMC, that they are waiting for a response from the SSA to see if I am receiving any benefits. I told them that I am not receiving any benefits, but they said they needed SSA to tell them that. After a few months I contacted SSA and told them what was happening, and they said that th…

Shoulder Mri Question - Anyone Know What This Means?
Good evening. I have a question and I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on what this means and or what may happen. I am currently 70% for anxiety. Had a recent C&P for my shoulder, which I injured in basic training in 92. I've never really had a diagnosis until now. Was told back then I sprained it and it gave me trouble since. I didnt complain much about thinking it just goes with the job. As I'm getting older it's worse (join the club right) so I finally was told by the Doctor who did my C&P that she thought I might have a tear and something is definitely wrong so she sent me for an MRI. Just received the results and it states as follow…
