Vietnam War
http://www.cc.gatech.edu/fac/Thomas.Pilsch/Vietnam.html This excellent link was possibly posted here before but Carol Olzanecki (who has been so instrumental in getting many many HR 2254 sponsors) has sent it to me to post here again. Lots and lots of info that could possibly help Vietnam vets with their claims.

Great C&p Exam
I had my C&P exam yesterday and I'm left feeling very hopeful. My exam lasted about 1-1/2 hours. The doctor said she had no doubt that the onset of my MS occurred in service. She told me that she would get her report to the RO the same day so I could get what I need. I am very pleased with the outcome. Now to see what the RO does. Thanks so much for all of the advice.

Waiting On Intial Descision From The Va
Hi, Just wondering if anyone has any advice for helping speed up the intial descision process. I filed a claim in July 2009, was done all my C&P appts. in Aug 2009, and seperated from active service in Nov 2009. I have called the VA repeatedly and they have told me the best estimate they have in that I might hear something in May 2010. Is this the norm, or is there some other way to go about it? I was enrolled in the Benefits Delivery at Discharge program, and was led to beleive that I would hear something soon after discharge. My rep at the DAV doesn't seem to care either. He just tells me to wait longer. I am about to lose my house in less than 30 days bec…

Question Regarding Spinal Injury
I have question regarding issues I'm having with my back. Background In 1989 a bad spinal tap landed me in the hospital for 8 months in a body cast with ruptured and infected disc and blood poisoning due to the infection. After surgery my surgeon informed me i now have a narrowing of my spine. Upon release they gave me 10 % rating. In 2001 I requested a rate increase and the rating doctor said i had disc degeneration with mild osteoporosis and I was given increase to 20%. Now I'm having problems daily and I have a job that requires me to stand for 8 hours and I cannot do it. I have since asked for a rate increase about a month ago but I'm not sure what I should e…

Varo Non Transparent
Hello All hope All Is Well. My concerns are that the VARO whom has jurisdiction of my claim. Has not forwarded pertinent documentation as an example to BVA for a DRO review which was remanded by BVA back to VARO for service connection. When I provided to BVA clearly showing in my STR that this is in fact occurred in the service. How does one address such an act?Once again I say NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! As for TIME FRAME GOING ON YEAR FIVE for these issues. IMAGINE
