Qtc In Atlanta!
I had a QTC exam yesterday. I have a few question about my exam. I was seen for both knees(sc 40%) and secondary clams R hip and lower back. The examiner never touched my knees only asked my to bend them 3 times each and did not use a goniometer to measure range of motion. The same went for my lower back and hip exam never measured range of motion. They did take x-rays on my knees and back. All other QTC exams I have been too they make sure to measure with the goniometer and check knee lateral flexion. Has anyone else had this type of exam short and sweet? I dont see how it could come back in my favor being so short and no real numbers to rate.

Need Copy Of Social Security Disability Records
Hello Hadit.com veterans. I am new to this forum as far as posting but I've used much of the advise posted here. Thanks in advance for the opportunity to be a part of this! (I am a 40% SC veteran (w/ pending claim) and receiving SSDI. My question is: Can I request a statement or particular official document from Social Security that will state exactly which claimed disabilities I actually am receiving payment for? I am thinking that maybe I can receive such a document before VA does because they have requested my medical records and I've was told that this may take MONTHS to receive. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Sheddergate Oct
Anyone have the skinny on this, supposely the St Pete VA got caught again in Oct 09, My last claim submitted in Oct is missing according to the VA. I think they took the package I submitted and put it in the appeals file instead of read it and seeing that it was a new claim. Idiots. Good news for me is my claim now has a DRO assigned to the appeal. This is a biggie as for a year I have heard nothing not a single piece of paper regarding this appeal. I added a new appeal issues and they mergered them--I now have 23 issues on appeal. Sounds like a lot but they are bilateral on a couple of issues. Thanks Ruby

Va Treatment Records
Overview I finally got a copy of my VA treatment records. I have a one inch stack of paper records from 1995 through 2001, which is about 100 pages. I also have a four inch stack of electronic (printed) records from 2001 to the present, which is about 500 pages. GERD Test Results Missing I had an upper GI performed in 1997. My records show a referral, including the exact scheduled date and time of the exam. I did not receive a copy of the results of the examination. Afterwards, I have doctors referring to the exam's results in ways such as "strongly positive for GERD." I also have overwhelming references to GERD ever since. Would the absence of this examin…
