Sheesh! As many other folks been through this here, you'd think I knew those answers. Just never thought of it in relation to me first, of course. I won. Ok. Now what do I do? I mean, what do I do, RIGHT NOW!? ;) I have TDIU, yes, P&T. My wife is a professional stay at home Wife & Mother long w/out any health care. Do I call my VAMC and get her started, enrolled there??? Sc Hip Fracture Re Rating?
Hi I was rated at 10% in 1988 21 years ago for a trochantric neck hip fracture. I have not had any hip problems till this year. I know have pains in the hip joints which I think is due to arthritis of some kind. Can I get the % upped if it is discovered that it is related to the hip fracture? I have not used the VA until I finally signed up at the local VA clinic last month. I have an appointment with the VA primary doctor to see what is causing the hip pain Any tips on what I should do? or not do?

Rating For Depression
How much weight does the GAF score have with the raters? I have been diagnosed with a mood disorder secondary to my SC condition. My GAF score is 48 and I have been put on Venlafaxine. My VSO filed a claim for me, as the diagnosis clearly states that the mood disorder is secondary to my SC condition. Anyone have any idea what I should expect?

Really Need Help
Hello, all. I am new here at posting tho I am a regular who appreciates all I learned from everyone. My husband and I are going at it with our VARO over ann EED but it gets complicated. While active duty husband has chronic complaints and is (mis)diagnosed. All documented in his service records, including receiving medication for infection when ther were no signs of infection on numerous occassions. Making matters worse, he suffered an injury while active duty just prior to retirement. Husband retires from active duty in mid 1990's, files for benefits with the VA, claims all symptoms related to the the (mis)diagnosis. Receives SC for all with 0% compensation for al…

Can C&p Exam For Secondary Affect Your Sc Rating
I was granted 50% for sc migraines on 10-7-09. I filed for chronic pain syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome both secondary to sc migraines on 11-16-09. I received a letter from the VA on 12-3-09 saying that i will be scheduled for a C&P exam. At this exam, will i be re-evaluated for migraines? Is my current 50% rating in jeopardy, i.e., could it be decreased? I will be very grateful for your help.

Follup Letter For Claim
I sent in a new claim for gastroesophageal reflux disease. I included my service medical records and current treatment medical records. I got a reply back from the VA stating “We need evidence showing that the condition existed from military service to the present.” I specifically sent them service medicial records showing “GERD” and current medical records also showing “GERD” in the initial claim. I did get back the service medical records showing “GERD” stating it was duplicate service treatment medical records but they did keep the current medical records showing “GERD”. I think they must have gotten the same service treatment medical records from an earlier claim a co…

Child In College
I,m currently receiving 30% and I applied for additional benefits for my college bound child. Today i received a responds from wizard granting my request but at 30% . I've also requested an increase for additional benefits for myself . I contacted dva and i was told that my claim is in the decision phase . Known because they granted my request for additional benefits for my college bound child at 30% . Does this mean that they have already decided to deny my claim for an increase for my current disabilities as well as my claim for secondary disabilities .
