Va Sends Another Christmas Present /birth Defects Reporting
VA sends another Christmas Present /Birth Defects Reporting See story at VA Watchdog… http://www.vawatchdog.org/09/nf09/nfdec09/nf120309-1.htm As most of you can figure by now I am bowing out of this fight as it makes no sense to me anymore with the past and current politicians and lack of simple logic and common sense… but will comment from time to time. I am writing a series of articles (with the help of Richard) to be posted and then sent to the Texas Tech Vietnam Archives for future researchers and generations to see just how American Veterans are really treated by a despicable government and its leadership. Yet, the same folks are reelected time after time aft…

ptsd Ptsd Re-evaluation
Hello to all. I have a question. I just got a letter in the mail from the VA saying I was going to be scheduled for a C&P exam for my SC disability (ptsd). This will be a exam to re evaluate my current level of disability. I am currently 70% ptsd, 10% tennitus, 10% hand. I received my initial rating for ptsd in sep 06. What is this about? I filed a claim for GERD and was denied, the mailbox had both denial letter and ptsd re exam. Does this happen to anyone else? Iam on a whole lot of meds...trazadone, lorazapan, quietpine, sertaline, prozasin...any help or suggestions will help my anxiety levels

New Presumptives Under
If VA denied your claim in the past for Parkinson's, Ischemic heart disease, or Hairy cell B Leukemia -the VAROs are supposed to-after the regs are law- access all past claims denied for these disabilities with proven AO exposure and then prepare awards on them. However- in spite of that I feel the vet or widow themselves should re-open ASAP under the proposed regulations. Their claims will be stayed until the regs come out but although I was just told from VACO what the procedure will be- I also remarked that "it is as likely as not" that VA will fail to properly access and re-adjudicate many many claims denied in the past that fall under the new AO regs. The EED und…

Lookin For Specific Tv Episode Info
Late last night in my fitful sleep I caught about five minutes of a program. It was a cable show that had different segments within the show. The segment that caught my interest had to deal with DOD giving LSD to I believe some military officers. I believe that one guy that took it was a mental health doctor and years later they said he committed suicide by jumping out a window like off the 10th floor of a building. Fairly recently they exhumed him and the body was in great shape. The doc doing the autopsy stated there was no way he jumped to his death through a window as there had been no lacerations to the face, shoulders or legs. The program had a lin…
