1. C&p Results

   Hey guys, Just got my C&P exam results back from the VA and Even though iv been receiving 50% form the va, im still new to the whole process. My first claims were filed by a good friend and I didn't have to do much. With that said – im reading this and its all foreign to me. I submitted a claim for an increase concerning my cervical arthritis because the pain has radiated to my shoulders, arm, fingers and face. Basically my whole right side. Everything on the report was mild to moderate with lots of "none". My ROM was "normal" throughout. I copied the last page of the report below. Can someone please tell me what im I looking at here.…

3. Things Are Changing At Buffalo Varo

   I live and work near the Buffalo VARO, so I normally hand deliver my records, and get a copy date stamped as evidence that I've submitted the claims. Recently the RO removed the date stamper from the receptionist. I asked for a receipt, but was told they don't issue receipts. Not to be beaten by these people, I went out and bought a RECEIVED stamp, and make them sign and date every page. Ha, they really hate me now!!!

4. Va Healthcare With Supplemental Insurance?

   Just curious What would be a good supplemental private insurance to have with VA healthcare. My clinic does not provide emergency services and my VA regional Hospital is 3.5 hours away. I like my PCP and other doctors at the clinic, but when I have to go to the Hospital for appointments, well the service there drops considerably. Paul

5. Travel Pay

   I had an appointment today with my rheum. doctor, and then I went to get my travel pay. There was a sign on all three windows that stated "ALL travel pay over $50 will be mailed". So now I have to wait 5 to 10 days to get my travel pay. I am not sure if this is just my VAMC or all the VAMCs just passing on information.

7. Why Am I Such A Pain In The Neck?

   I know that I "ticked off" a few people on here. I think it is because of "Empty nest syndrome". You see, when you are a parent, you have to be a pain in the neck to your kids. You have to make em do stuff they dont want to do...you have to make em get up, and get dressed, when sometimes they would rather sleep. You have to make em go to school, when they would rather play hookie. You have to make em eat vegetables, when they would just as soon eat candy bars 3 times a day...etc etc. And now, they are gone. One of my sons is in Iraq, as some of you know. I cant hardly watch the news. I do anyway, and whenever someone is reported killed in Iraq, I go ballistic…

8. tdiu Tdiu I Dont Feel This Is Going Well

   i have filed for tdiu . i have not worked since march , i am currently 90% with 30% right hand 30% left hand and 20% right foot 20% left foot for cold injuries 10% tinnitus 10% broken clavicle and 50 % depression anyway i also have letters from my last employer voc re-hab (saying i did not work out) and a job i tried to get in my favor. unfortunately my first exam with the comp and pen did not go so well as i feel the guy threw me in the corner and i could not think as fast as he was going i felt really stupid. i still have a hearing test and a psych eval to go. my question is is this standard procedure?? i really feel like this is horrible. and i wish i did …

9. Need Advice

   hello: i would like to know if any fellow veterans or had it staff can recommend a private doctor in maine, vermont, new hampshire that accepts medicare a b d and is empathetic to vets and willing to write IMO"S when needed . Currently I do not use the VA anymore i just rely on medicare my medicare state counselor is looking at a supplement called c to medicare so i dont have to pay the gap between medicare and what is left over on my bill thank you for your time wish all vets best of health and good luck thank you again for your advice & help friend of mine told me at a vet meeting to also e-mail jim strickland?

    Greetings all hope all is well with you. I called the Houston Texas RO Claims office recently and ask about my 1151 claim. After looking up my claim the claims director indicated my claim should have been reviewed long ago. Considering the incident began in 1993 and was submitted in 1999 after getting out of the nursing home I had been in for nearly 3 years, you would think it would have moved further. they indicate the claim was filed in 2002 (I need to check my archived files for exact dates)still along time before an answer.) 11. Want To Put My Hair Out

    i put in a cue of a 94 decision july 09 i get the decision and it saids that there is no cue because my 94 claim is still open and was never certify to bva in 94 so there for there can not be a cue of a open case. so now here the thing 2001 i was granted 60% iu they treated it as if it was reopen the claim. i look at all laws and reg and it say they my 100% should be eef 94 . so now my claim is with amc which u can not talk to and 1800 tell me put in iris which i did 2 week ago asking why i done have a check. went to ro they tell me my folder due back nov. here the other thing i was advance up the docket with the bva due to my hardship and on the remaned it tell them to e…

    For those following my particular saga of Lying, record falsifying C&P exams and reports, There may be a change in forecast. as reported on another topic, I got an IRIS response that said a decision was made on 22 Sept. and allowing for adminstrative work, I should be getting official word soon. 13. tdiu P&t Based On Tdiu

    Everyone ready for this LOL. So I get TDIU back to May of this year. They provide no verbiage as top whether I am P&T or temp, etc. So after talking with Berta and from what others have said I need to ask for P&T. This is of course so I can get CHAMPVA and DEA for my family. I even consulted my VA manual which states the same thing. Basically if they don't say P&T your not and you need to ask for it. Okay so I know what I need to do. Berta advises to look at the BVA and the U.S. court for decisions so I can slam this thing shut. Guess what?
