C&p Exam For Gyn Issues
Hi, Sorry to get personal here.. I filed a claim for chronic vaginal problems. I just finished my C&P exam for GYN. But the C&P doctor didn't do vaginal check. I asked the doctor why and she told me, that it's too invasive and since I had so many.. there was no need. Well, five days after the C&P exam, I was back to my primary doctor for the problem and was issued medications. I just thought the whole C&P exam was all wrong. I thought the VA would like to see some physical proof of my problems? Instead of asking questions and making assumptions. Thanks..

Crdp Question
I am not sure how many folks here are entitled to this. According to what the statement is below- If my new VA disability pay is more than my military pension, then I won't get much retro. They have stated paying me for 70%, which is more than my retirement pay. I thought once you were over 50 % you get most of it. Any thoughts. "It is also important to note that the amount you receive cannot exceed the sum of your actual military retirement pay and VA Disability Compensation added together." What does this mean?

Just a quick question If a retiree is 50% or more and receives CRDP through DFAS, can an allotment be set up on this CRDP? Example, if I want $200 per month held out and sent to bank x with the remaining deposited as normal is this possible? Thanks

Urinary Tract Infection --Specific Wording
The rating for 30 percent reads: 30%Recurring UTI w/ symptoms requiring drainage/frequent hospitalization >2x/yr and/or requiring continuous intensive management What does "continuous intensive management" mean? This seems ambiguous to me.

Web Site To Generate Letter To Your Congressman/woman
I was looking online for info about CHAMPVA and the proposal to extend it to children up to age 26. I came across this website, popvox.com. Here's the link I found: https://www.popvox.c...ls/us/112/hr115 It outlines the bill that's before congress and allows you to either support or oppose it, and then sends a letter to your congressman with your comments. You have to give them your name & address & phone, because they need to know which congress person to send it to, and their office requires your phone number. I was really hesitant about that, so I did some research online. They look legit to me, and more so, like maybe some congress people are paying…

No Cp Exam Needed?
Good evening all, Im going to keep this short and brief. I filed multiple claims with the VA a few months ago and have received my CP exam dates for all, except for one. They haven't contact me about a claim for depression I filed at the same time. I called the 1800 number and the operator informed me that they don't always schedule CP exams. I think its a little strange, since I'm claiming depression as secondary to multiple chronic illnesses, that they wouldn't schedule for me to see a doctor. Is this normal? Im currently SC'ed for pes cavus (30% bilateral) which was made worst after three surgeries, 2 scars (10% each), cervical arthritis(10%), right extremiti…

Does A Claim Close After A Decision Is Made?
A little confused here. RO denied my claims on 10/7/2011,I was notified 10/29/2011. I filed my NOD 11/07/2011. As of this date, they have not acknowledged my NOD.Today, they sent me an envelope with info I had sent them and said it was the FOIA info I wanted. Which it wasn't. They made the statement that I couldn't use this info to re-open my claim. I thought claim remained open until I either missed a deadline or claim was determined by the BVA. I thought I read somewhere that once a initial decision was made, a different team would handle my NOD etc... I noticed on letter was the same person who decided my claims.Unfortunately I stirred up the hornets nest when I caught…
