Not Over For Me Yet.
Well I seem to find myself in a claim dilemma yet again. As you all may already know I was first rated for MDD at 50% last year. I was put in for am administrative review unknowingly before I put in for my most recents diagnosis of bipolar disorder which i put a claim in for that and another disorder in June through the 800 number it was only after that I received in the mail an appointment for MMD C&P. I recently got 100% for my MDD days ago but now my claim is up for admin review with bipolar and other disorder hopefully they will go ahead and give me P&T with this review.

ptsd Question About Rem Sleep Behavior Disorder
Hello, first post here at IHADIT.com. I am still currently active duty Navy and plan to separate in about 18 months. I have recently been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder and was told to treat it with melatonin pills. This made it a little worse so I stopped taking them... I have read multiple posts on this site about the disorder compensation but it appeared to always be related as a secondary symptom to PTSD or Sleep Apnea and in my case I just have been diagnosed with the REM Sleep Disorder by itself. So my questions are: Does REM Sleep Behavior Disorder qualify as a service related condition that the VA will provide compensation for? …

Call From Varo Good Or Bad
Good morning Vets. I have a quick question. I received a call Saturday about my increase claim, from a VA rep. O found it odd that they would call on the weekend. My claim went from Gathering Evidence to Pending Decision Approval on the 31 July. It's been in Gathering Evidence since February. So I'm wondering if a call is a good thing or bad thing? Thanks in advance.
