Once you know you are eligible for Veterans Disability Compensation, the question then becomes are you entitled to it by law. This is where to post those questions. it's OK, if you are feeling confused this is not at all unusual it can be a very confusing system. Iu Or Appeal
Hi, I was just granted a overall 90%, rating through a decision review. 40% TBI 30% Migrain 30% Anxiety (secondary to tbi) 30% Flatfoot ( +ples planus and some broken bones) 10% Scar (Head) 10% right Knee problem 10% tinnitus I was denied sc for a left knee problem (same exact problem with the right knee), and I feel that I was underrated for the tbi, or, the anxiety secondary to tbi. Also, due to my embarrassment about the symptoms I was experiencing I understated my current issues to the cp folks. The psychiatrist from the VA used almost the exact same verbage from the rating manual for anxiety at the 50% level.and yet I was only rated 30%. additional…

So needless to say I have been seeing docs ever since. The keep telling me it is my neck then I was told it was my shoulder, then I was told it is both of them and now I have been diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS). however I …

tdiu Vocation Rebab, Workers Comp And Va Ratings
hi question about a claim, workers comp and vocation rehab. During my workers comp and talking with my jobs insurance people, I did tell them of my lumbar strain and that but they did not seem to concerned with it but I'm not sure how the VA is about these things, I did even tell my VA MH people and my regular PCM oh and VA PCM. Maybe I'm just a mess because I'm worried about everything. I am currently rated 50%.......one of my ratings is "lumbar strain" this was done in 2005…

Hello; Could a previous Service Connected Rating for PTSD act as an excuse (or exclusion) for a finding of Willful Misconduct when filing subsequent Disability Claims...ie. case of Simple Assault (by Mutual Consent) while on Active Duty - for resultant injuries such as Concussion, Headaches, etc? Thank You.
