lumbosacral Quick C&P Exam Lumbarsacral Degenerative
Good evening everyone, I opened an increase for a SD on my lower back pain due to its worsening condition. I've been service connected since 1996 starting at 10% at mechanical lower back then it was increased to 20% in 2002 and changed to Lumbosacral Degenerative. I also have fibromyalgia which is not yet been service connected. My primary doctor treats me for this condition with muscle relaxers, tramadol and a very strong cream. He has recommended that the next stage be steroid shot and possibly back surgery since the pain is persistent and worsening. The increase was opened on August 30th and on September 12th I received a letter to call the Hampton VA medical…

C&P exam results
Here are my questions: 1. The pruritus ani is a symptom of the chronic diarrhea/IBS, whichI am s/c for. So would the pruritus ani be secondary s/c to my IBS? 2. The hemorrhoids which are mild/moderate will be 0% according to 7336 correct? 3. The anal fissure, will that be rated separately? I ask this becasue the rating of 7336 discusses the anal fissure as it be related to hemorrhoids, however, the C&P exmainer is indicating the anal fissure is related to my IBS. The rater asked for TWO opinions, one if my anal fissure was related to my IBS and the other question was if my hemmorrhoids were related to my IBS. The C&P examiner said "…

less likely than not
Good morning all. I had a friend who had his C@P exam last week. He had a nexus letter from his specialty doctor stating his condition suggests that his condition happened during military service. After checking his DBQ, the VA doctor noted the doctor NEXUS letter however, she opined that the condition was less likely than not that veterans condition occurred during military service. Any chance the nexus letter carries more weight than the VA exam with the raters.

Incorrect Info on C&P exam
Sorry, I'm having a panic attack & it's greatly affecting my ability to hunt around on the search engine. I've been on here & it's greatly helped me file 3 disabilities (2 of which went through in a few months & had great results) However, I just got my C&P results from my exam last week & it appears the doctor put down that my disability does NOT affect my work. But my disability DOES affect my work & he never asked me that. My ebenefits says "Preperation for Decision"...is there a way that I can fill out a NOD or the Statement In Support of Claim AND upload it electronically into EBenfits? I'm reading conflicting advice on d…

I went to 3 C&P exams a couple weeks ago
I went to 3 C&P exams, and they were finished.. I know a couple should have been favorable, at least I thought so... Now they called me back and told me I have to redo one of those, they said that doctor is no longer there! I think they are trying to stop me from having a favorable exam! Has anyone had to go back and re-do an exam? I have to go back next week for the redo. I couple weeks ago, One of the exams, neuro the doctor was a prick and would not listen... One doctor, English was his second language , I could barely understand his thick Indian accent. I think the C&P exams are rigged, and a scam.

Errors with C&P exams
Hi everyone; I have several threads going but i want to get these C&P exams out there in the open. Please look at both C&P exams (Foot Conditions) (Ankle Conditions). Look at the errors done by ONE doctor. The first C&P exam I attached is for Foot Misc. The very first error by the C&P examiner is the fact that he states under #1 Diagnoses Avulsion Fracture 5th Metatarsal - date of diagnoses 6/23/2013. That is WRONG! If you look at the other C&P Exam for Ankles, under #1 Diagnoses he states right 5th metatarsal fracture - date of diagnoses 1993! YES that is right! See where I am going with this???? Let's continue on.... C&am…

ptsd C&P Mental Health Exam
I filed for PTSD. I was kicked to sleep on base, and diagnosed with a skull fracture. VA determined I have PTSD... but that it isn't service connected. Instead, the VA determined that I have general anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder, and service connected me with a 50% rating. It's all documented in my SMRs. .

What A Difference Today
I had a C&P exam at the Orlando VA by an ENT specialist. Examiner was a kind, older gentleman. Exam was for allergic rhinitis. This gentleman actually made me very proud that I served.
