ptsd C and P took 10-15 min, Is that bad?
I had a C and P exam 2 weeks ago for an increase in my PTSD rating. Im currently at 30% and when I did my C and P exam, the examiner asked my 3 questions and pretty much rushed me out of there. I feel like the exam should have taken longer than 10-15 minutes with the 36 pages of evidence fro my therapist. Does this sound bad, in that my claim will be denied. Thank you

GERD rating
I have read in several places that it is almost impossible to get more than 10% for GERD. Is this true? I am asking because I just had a C&P exam and I have several symptoms, but was told it probably isn't enough. Any ideas? My symptoms that were checked are: Persistently recurrent epigastric distress Pyrosis Reflux Regurgitation Sleep disturbance caused by esophageal reflux Frequency of symptom recurrence per year: 4 or more Average duration of episodes of symptoms: Less than 1 day

After getting out the pain grew, bulge grew more towards inguinal area, and finally I saw a private…

Did I receive good advice for my initial C&P exam?
Hello all - Long time lurker & 1st time poster. First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for reading my post and providing insight to my question. Well, after many years I could no longer take the pain & suffering and at the behest of my wife and friends I decided to get off my duff and start the C&P process. So my question to you all who have traveled this road - did I receive good initial advice for an initial C&P exam at VES? The advice I was given from my local Vet Center adviser was to first & only conduct a C&P exam with issues/ailments that were/are documented from my active duty VA med file on record and not discuss al…

I understand that this means less than 50% probability, but is this term an automatic denial?

C&p For Lower Back - Insight From My Examination
Hi everyone, I had a C&P for my lower back yesterday and wanted to provide some insight for those who might have an upcoming C&P for a lower back issue. The examiner came out to meet in the waiting area, where it appeared he was monitored how I got up from my chair and how I walked to the exam room. Once we entered the exam room he looked at my file and asked the following questions: when did the injury first occur, last time I was seen for my back by the VA or outside clinician, and medications and procedures that I have had. He continued to read my chart and entered some things into the computer. While reading my chart he asked that I remove my shoes and sh…
