1. Planter Faciatis, L/r Full Knee Replacments/acute Bronchitis

   L/R full knee replacements in past 12 months, chronic bronchitis dx 4 years ago, planter fasciitis dx last year. What do I need to do to initiate and be successful for compensation? Currently 60% with IHD, anxiety, AO. (Flat feet waiver-R knee break with wrong treatment and DX by military, lumbar pain & foot pain while in military. 1962-1997 military svc. Fire crash rescue/dental assistant/Life support/nurse MO's. What to research ie. (successful claims, medical DX didactic, problems others encountered?

3. Finished By Last C&p Exam Thursday Feb 19 And Status Went From...

   "Gathering of Evidence" to "Preparation for Decision" by Tuesday Feb 24. Checked status on Monday and it was still "Gathering of Evidence" but apparently I jumped a step. Hope this means I hear something within the next month!

4. tdiu C And P Exam

   I don't post often but I read everything on this site. my question is. I was hurt at the post office in 06 I was fired later because I was unable to do my job and placed on permanent owcp with numerous head injuries- fractured skull-concussion-tinnitus-memory loss etc. I am also 70% dc for frostbite and have more claims in for other frostbite residuals.this might put me at the 100% but I have a claim in for tdiu also. would the ro say hes already disabled from civilian job so tdiu is moot point.im 66 yrs old not on ss and no other medical problems not even high blood pressure.the notes from my va exam--looked like a form letter that just needed check marks-two spots on t…

6. ptsd Will The Va Continue Me At 70% Or Increase To 100%?

   As you all know I had a PTSD review last week at VA. As usual some info the Doc forgot to look at or leave out, like the fact that exam notes states no TBI, yet I am SC for TBI/Migraines. Does it look like the VA will continue at 70% or increase to 100%? Also does it look like I might finally get Permanent. If you look at the Occupational and Social impact statement highlighted below, it looks like I will continue at 70%. 10. Has Anyone On Hadit Had Their Sc %s Reduced Recently?

    As you good folks on here know, I have a ton of C&Ps over the next two weeks for my current FDC claim. I also just found out that I have 3 or 4 of my current SC disabilities are up for Review Next Week. I of course as most Vets on here, am a dang nervous wreck. I am just wondering has anyone been up for review and had a condition reduced recently? Does the VA usually just continue to current % worst case scenario? 11. Exam Opinions Please

    Had a C&P for an increase to my thyroid issue. Doctor wrote this at the end and to me sends a 50/50 chance. I also had a family doctor letter sent in for this issue. In my opinion, none of the claimed symptoms of hypothyroidism are solely attributable to the veteran's thyroid condition. Careful review of his complaint of weight gain does not show any evidence that his weight is particularly sensitive to hormone replacement levels and in fact despite over replacement over the last 6 months his weight has increased which argues against his hypothyroid condition being the sole etiology of his weight gain. 12. C&p Exam, Worried!

    I have a C & P exam coming up March 12th originally for an increase due to left upper extremity weakness due to MS. In the interim of waiting for this claim to be reviewed I had numerous bouts of uti's, urinary retention and a foley catheter inserted. Which was later changed to a suprapubic catheter. I have had the suprapubic for 5 months. Do I need to submit this information about my bladder before my c&p exam for a rating increase in order for it to be included? Or wait til I go to my exam and present the new additional medical problem? I am kind of worried this will be overlooked and then I will need to submit a NOD or a new claim. 13. ptsd Ptsd C&p Tomorrow.

    Hi Borthers and sisters thank you for your service. Tomorrow is my 2nd C&P exam on the same matter. The first one was around two years ago. The exam stated that I had PTSD due to service related issues but it not approved for lack of eviedance. I filled out all the proper forms (after a major round around I might add) and know I have another C&P. I'm guessing it's because of the new info but I'm not sure. Any thoughts? Side note I'm crazy stressed about this... How many times are they going to make me relive this??? God Bless
