ptsd Mdd/ptsd C&p In The Morning
Well the time has arrived, I have a C&P in the morning and I assume that since almost nothing of my PTSD claim has been discussed with my MH Psych or Social worker that they are looking at the MDD. I will take what evidence I have pertaining to the PTSD claim just in case. All I can do now is be honest and hope for the best. Wish me luck. Coastie72

ptsd C&p Exam Related Question
Good morning All! This is my first post, so I hope this works. First, let me say what a great resource hadit.com has been for me and I am sure many other veterans. I submitted a disability claim this past June (2014) and I am still waiting on my C&P exam. One of the disabilities I am claiming is PTSD. For separate reasons (or maybe not), I have scheduled a mental health screening on tomorrow (1/21). Do I mention I have a PTSD claim pending? Thank you very much!

C&p Refusal At Dro Hearing
At my DRO hearing I was asked if I'd submit to another C&P to determine if my percentages should be raised. The VSO and the DRO were both pushing for it and I said I would submit to one if it was absolutely necessary. However, really I'd just rather get a denial and move on to the next level of appeals. I read Benjamin Krause's DRO experience and he's stated that you can refuse a C&P at your DRO hearing. I'm wondering if anyone else has told them to pound sand or what the repercussions might be? I'm contemplating drafting a letter and sending it to the DRO telling her that I don't want another C&P and would prefer for her to review the available eviden…
