Gathering Of Evidence
I filed a claim and completed the QTC. My claim status is Gathering of evidence on ebenefits. This message appears in the needs attention field. Not sure what is needed. It also states a letter was mailed. Can anyone explain this message?????? Thanks Our letter dated <date> asked you to furnish details regarding the stressful event(s) that caused your post traumatic stress disorder. The response we received does not meet the minimum level of detail needed for VA to seek assistance from the U.S. Army and Joint Services Records Research Center (JSRRC). JSRRC assists VA in verifying veteran's claimed stressful incidents when VA cannot verify the stressful incide…

ptsd Absurd Ptsd C&p, Any Remedy?
Finally figured out how to get this on here. This is the exam I posted about previously in another area. I am so angry about this exam. This examiner lied, half-truths and omitted many things in this exam. My husband was diagnosed by his PTSD therapy counselor and Clinical Psychological Nurse Practitioner with the diagnosis confirmed by the VA Clinical Psychologist and VA Psychiatrist. I did upload and fax a dispute letter as well as emailing a copy to the VA Secretary. Who knows if they will look at it and thoroughly review his treatment records. LOCAL TITLE: C&P EXAMINATION NOTE STANDARD TITLE: C & P EXAMINATION NOTE DATE OF NOTE: NOV 05, 201…

ptsd C&p Doctor Attentive And Read Records
So a C&P exam for my claims of knee, hips, and left pinky finger, anxiety and depression claims were done today. In true fashion VBMS was down and the doc couldn't access the information of evidence I submitted for my claim, not surprising but I was prepared, so I brought copies for her to review. The traumas to my finger, hips and knees were a no brainer, she was annoyed since the records clearly indicated in service injury and inservice medical treatment but those DBQ's were all positive. Plus I had current records with current diagnosi. That immensely helped. I did not submit a claim for PTSD, however, since I was precise in my claims and symptoms along with necess…

What Rating Would This Go Under.
My first claim goes back to 2005. It was a Pre-existing injury (Back Injury) that i received in the service. The (SMR} provide the proof of the treatments i received in the service. As this claim was in, i did 2 other claims. Which i won. (Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis.) I received IU from the Va. The first claim i finally won after 9 yrs. Won that at the (BVA). It was there 4 times. It was at the (Courts of Veterans Appeal) 1 time, and i won a Remand vacating the boards ruling on 2/2013. When i re-injured myself, back in 2003 i filed for SSDI. I won that in 10 weeks. The SSDI was for only my back injury. Which is now service connected. They made this claim…

C&p Results For Eating Disorder And Ptsd - What Do You Think?
I figured out how to post my C&P exams to the board. I posted some of this in the MST forum but would like opinions as to what anyone thinks regarding my C&P for PTSD due to MST and my Eating Disorder C&P. I know now that the Eating Disorder (thanks to a nice member here on this forum) will be rated separately but I am more curious about the PTSD C&P exam. The examiner denies PTSD but goes on to say "veteran has another Mental Disorder diagnosis. Continue to complete this Questionnaire and/or the Eating Disorder Questionnaire:" Thank you for any and all input! *******************************************************************************************…
