1. ptsd C&p For Mdd

   I currently rated at 50 percent for MDD total rating of 80 with other disabilities. I believe my psch doctor put me in for a increase of benefits as my depression had seemed to have gotten worse. I had my C&P today and when me about the sensitive subject of being molested or raped and how many times I told her 3 which is the truth although I never told any of my other providers about it because the third one happened in service but I never reported it because I thought it was my fault it happened in the first place. 3. ptsd Just Had Ptsd C&p With Va

   I am very nervous right now. I just had my C&P exam with the VA and it went so quick I don't know what happened. The exam took less than ten minutes. I guess the examiner had already read my file. She only had a few questions for me but I felt like I had so much other stuff I wanted to tell her but my anxiety was so high I just answered her questions and quickly left the room. Once I get a copy of what she wrote I will give you guys an update.

5. ptsd Apparently I Am Fine...

   I just got the results from my C&P exam and I found the results rather saddening. It is basically the same stuff everyone has been telling me since I fist began actually voicing concerns. "You deal with it all well" Well, it seems like my ability to not flip out and off everyone and then myself is seriously biting me in my rear. 6. How To Review Your C&p Exams

   I see references here to reviewing C&P exams and it seems like some members are getting copies the same or next day. I live a long way from our VAMC and I requested by fax a copy of both C&P exams using a medical records requst form. Is that the correct procedure?

7. ptsd Ptsd Increase C&p Exam Report. What % Will I Get?

   I am Currently 30%SC for PTSD. I was Medically Retired Feb 25,2013 from the Navy. What do you guys think that I will get? Also if you look at bottom of report Psych C&P Examiner states that when I had my C&P in 2012, I met the Criteria for 70% PTSD, yet the VA low balled me at 30%. What can I do to let the VA know that I was screwed in 2012 by the VA and try to get back pay, or is it not worth fighting. Going by my recent 6 C&Ps, it looks like I will be 100% when this FDC is settled. I have 4 or 5 conditions that I am going to submit another C&P when this claim is complete. 8. ptsd Need Help Before I Quit On Life Period.

   Just went to two C/P exams today that I believed were related to my recent application for unemployability. I have had a combined rating of 90% since 2009, and have been seeing my primary doctor and psychiatrist monthly since being released from active duty. My problem started with the first exam, as the examiner pointed out I was doing better because I had not been baker acted or had issues with the police since 2008.     I recently lost my job. Im financially still ok with food and shelter ect. So dont worry. I have a claim that is a year old and I check ebennies almost daily and call the 1800 VA number once or twice a month. 11. tdiu Occupational Medicine Physician For Tdiu Exam

    C&P back/radiculpathy exam is scheduled for next week with occupational medicine doctor.Also for tdiu.I am on SSA disability for my back, PCP says unemployable,vocational specialist with SSA says skills not transferrable to sedentary work.Is this the same type examiners used for SSA exam.This claim was recently awarded s/c by bva and tdiu was remanded for. current functional/industrial assement of disability (intertwined claim).     Well I've waited 13 months for this and tomorrow is the day. Can't say I'm looking forward to this but with all the reading and research I've done here I guess I'm as ready as can be!!
