tdiu 2 Weeks And Still No Cnp Report
I did a TDIU CnP (at PM&R) on March 14 2011 and still no report in the system from ROI when I called them. I am confused/anxious/second guessing everything- as to the reaosns why the report is still not done. I had a General Medical exam on Sat 3/22 and the report was in the system that Monday and I got the print from ROI. I know I probably am trying to read into it too much but is it taking so long becasue I just had a VA contractor install handles in the shower, provide and hook up toilet handles, and brought and put together the shower seat? Does the CnP doc need to see that these were installed to put on the report? About 99% of the time I have a VA doc's report …

Had C&p Exam For Parkinson's Today
Had my C&P for Parkinson's done today at QTC. The doctor actually came from about 200 miles away, apparently we have no Doctors in San Antonio that wants to accept QTC's fees. They looked at the questionaire that I filled out, and told me that they could not read it. I did tell them that I was sorry, but what do you expect with someone with Parkinsons!? I also suggested that they may want to put these on-line for Veterans to fill out on line, they liked that ideal. The Doctor took me in the exam room with a young lady and my wife. Apparently this Doctor has never done this type of examination before because he had to keep asking the young lady what he should do …

Qtc Questionaire
I'm fustrated as hell . This exam is for Parkinsons, and I applied through the VA's so called "Fast Track" system. It was then put in with the general claims. Where it states "Claim Type" it has "Reopen" . I just opened it. To reopen, you have to close it . The questionaire seems to be for some one that has had a brain and/or spinal injury, not parkinsons. Am I just being parnoid? Still have an issue with why QTC would bring in a doctor so far away. I have attached the questionaire. I can see were some of the questions are relevent, but not others. Very Concerned
This might be a little to do about nothing, but being parnoid, it really concerns me. I live in San Antonio, Texas with over 1 million people, numerous hospitals and Doctors, etc. So, why would QTC bring in a GP from a place called Lamesa, Texas? It is between Midland and Lubbock Texas with an office located on a County Road. When I checked out the ratings for this Doctor, his ratings were not that good. On one web-site, same Doctor, had him going to Medical School in Utah, another one had him going in Dallas. This C&P is for my Parkinson's claim. A Neurologist has already Dx with Parkinsons. I just want a fair and honest examination. Papa

Liver Disease
I retired from the Army on 31 Oct 2011 and I had a complete Physical given by the Army to include Lab work. I also had a complete check up C & P from VA. My question is, I recently went to see my PCM and after all lab work came back she told me the level readings in my liver was high. How could a Civilian PCM detect this and both the VA and the Army miss it? Can I file a claim for this? She also stated this could be do to the medication prescribed by my previous doctors. vet2010

New C&p Exam For Parkinsons
Just got a phone call from QTC stating that I will be given an exam for Parkinsons on April 5, 2011. This I expected to happen. I ask the person on the phone would a Specialist be doing the exam, and he said that a GP would, and if he needed to send me to a Specialist he would. My Neurologist (private doctor) has me on medication three times a day for Parkinsons. My doctor has years of experience in this field, so what is a GP going to tell me? I was trying to find the worksheet that would be used for Parkinsons, but can not locate. Could someone point me in the right direction? Should I stop taking my meds a few days before the exam? These exams really make me ne…

Mental Health C&p Exam
Hello everyone, I have not been on here to post anything in a while, but I have been reading and learning. I had my physical C&P done today and my Mental Health exam done in February. While I was at the VA I figured I would go ahead and stop by the release of information office and get my C&P write up. I would appreciate any insight on what my rating may be, and any guess on when I may get my rating. I know none of us every really knows what the system is going to do, but a little peace of mind goes a long way. Thanks.

Nod And C&p
Not sure if this would go here or not. I sent in for a reconsideration in May of 2010. The VA said nothing will be done until a new review in March of 2011. I also have a NOD that i sent in Dec. 2010. Just wondering if the NOD will defer my new C&P or not?

Question On Ratings
I am new to this whole VA thing but have been watching and learning from you all and this is the best site I have found, so thanks for all of the help so far. I currently have a 10% rating with the VA for dizziness and have filed a NOD on a few other items on Gulf War Illness (GWI). I understand that the VA will not rate you twice for the same thing, but something like chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), has multiple issue and I assume the VA makes the decision that these are all part of the CFS. IE sleeping problems, chronic headaches, etc. So my question is this. Is it better to have all of this issues rated individual, (which in all likely hood would not be rated higher…
