BVA appeal decision
I finally after 6 years received a decision by BVA dc. It was sent to Portland for execution. I was awarded TDIU for my 70%ptsd, denied for 100%ptsd, and remanded for lumbar strain. Now Portland wants to do a C&P for ptsd. The BVA said I should see the change to my rating and pay within 1 to 2 months. I'm at a lost why Portland regional wants a C&P. It seemed a closed deal. It's been almost 4 months now and no ratings change. Anyone got some help or something??

PTSD stressor(s)
While on AD, I lived with a civilian friend. He was gruesomely killed by a self-inflicted gunshot. Several years after leaving the service, the VA diagnosed me with PTSD, MDD, Anxiety & eventually bipolar (my depression had changed to mania after a few years). I have VA medical records with a PTSD diagnosis & my stressors on file. I want to submit my MH claim.

The accident was the fault of a large company where I live and because of my lumbar and cervical problems I was injured even more and had to go after them to get the surgery needed on my neck. They said it wasn’t their fault of course. I got an attorney and started the process. During this process of fault their attorneys were able to pull my medical recor…

FND or conversion disorder
Hi, I been dealing with PTSD for several years now and my condition has been worsening. I have a 70% disability rating for PTSD. I used to drink a lot and was isolated from society for years. I have attempted to end my life many times and finally reached a point where my family did an intervention and had me do AA and metal health meetings. I stopped drinking and been sober for 2 months now. However other health issues came up. I been having seizures, cannot see out of my right eye, lost movement of my right hand and feet and I’m confined to bed. I only get around with a wheel chair. The doctor told me this is due to PTSD and I have Functional Neurological Disorder which…
