ptsd C And P For Ptsd/mst
Had my CnP last week. My doc was a retired AF psy doc. 77 year old and he asked a lot of questions and pretty much grilled me! It lasted about 90min. He was very blunt but at the end of the exam told me that if they deny me it won't be because of him. He stated the VA is going to have a hard time with the evidence which there is none, but that he would do up a detailed letter along with my CNP exam and help me out. Praying it won't get denied...

I have had only 1 appt around may and it was to see a lady that asked me questions concerning ptsd off a computer then entered in my answers and it only took 15 min. I don't know if this lady was a doctor or a psychiatrist but she told me not to go into detail about anything. Most the questions were basic yes and no questions and asked about how much i drank and all. Then last month I got a sum of money put in my bank account and noticed it was from the us treasury va disabilty compensation. I called the VA to see if there was a mistake and they said no the money was min…

ptsd Time Line
I had my C&P for PTSD on June 27. I have not been able to access my EBenefits account for some tech reason that they are trying to get fixed. I have learned that the average time line for my RO is 8 months to settle a claim from first filing date. I am at 9 months and today spoke with a representative that gave me info on my claim that it is in the preparing stage and wondering where it goes form there and a possible time line to settle...just an idea of what the time to settle may be.... I am tired of selling off things to pay bills if there is any way I am close...thanks for any help, I understand no one has the answer just some thoughts...thanks

ptsd One Year And No Ruling
A year ago I filed an initial claim for PTSD through DAV and the VA says DOD can't find my Military Service Record (I requested one and have no response). I'm just disgusted with the whole process. Pathetic.

ptsd Ptsd Claim Filings, Is There A List Of Needed Documents?
I have a question about completing a PTSD Claim and what documents are needed. I would like to list out my case and see if anyone wants to comment on what they would suggest for documentary evidence. I don't want to tell my story, the only reason that I am listing the details is for help with the documentation. I will list what I can get from buddy's and family at the end. I was USN and went from training straight to Bahrain. Kuwait, etc. Final duty station was San Diego California. I had no problems and had a OCS package ready to submit. While at home on Sunday my roommate and I were attacked by a fellow service member. That other service member called…

ptsd What To Do?
I am 100% for PTSD and 30% Sinusitus and 10% Hearing currently 100% T&P. Wondering wheather or not I must quit my job? I called Human Resources and was told I do NOT have to. All the Employer needs to know is that I am 30% or more. Do I risk being re-evaluated for PTSD if I continue to work? My Employer has been very kind and allowed me to make my own schedule and work alone completely so it is easier to take it. But, I would really like to retire from the stress and politics of work after 50 years I am totally fed up with the whole working thing anyway.
