Form 21-4192
I just got a standard packet in the mail for my IU claim, and a request for evidence for two other things I had put in a claim for that are secondaries. This packet had copies of 6 of these forms (21-4192). "Request for employment information in connection with disability benefits." Is it up to the veteran to send these out to their former employers or is this some kind of error, and I wasn't suppoto get these. It looks to me like it is a form for the employer/VA to fill out. Been on SSD since jan 08, and they have all that info. I'm confuzzled.

Link Doesn't Turn Up Anything
I went into the topic "check here first" and clicked on the link therein. Wound up at a dead end with this error message (bold emphasis added)... Board Message Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: Sorry, but we did not find any matches to display. Try again and broaden your search criteria. tdiu File For Tdiu While Working?
I saw my Vet Ctr. Counselor last week, and he may be more adamant than I am that I should no longer be working - that work being at the post office. I am afraid to "free fall", but he keeps telling me I can file while I am still working. I keep telling him that I have seen that question answered on here before a few times - can't be done! Just took 2 days sick leave. I was facing about the three worst things our office has to offer and they fell on the same couple of days! I was near panic attack, but my worst symptom was the fire from my developping ulcer, which I treated with Zantac 160 (resulting in major squirts).

tdiu Loosing Tdiu ?
I was awarded 90% and TDIU Oct 2003 no future exams Have had no problems until now! For so reason I did not receive the VA Form 21-4140 Employment Questionnaire. It was supposedly sent out the end of May. I never received it. I have not worked since before my TDIU rating. There is no reason in the world that I would not complete and promptly fill out this form and send it in. I received last week a letter stating Reduction to a scheduler evaluation is proposed because of your failure to return the VA form 21-4140. I am in panic mode, My new DAV SO has not really eased my nerves. I think he may be new. I promptly filled out the proper form and went straight to the…

ptsd Tdiu For Over A Year Now, Actually Back To 2004, Time To File P&t?
Hello all, it's been awhile as I had to take a break after my TDIU fullfillment. Went through the 6- Week PTSD program last year, and was trying to work on some issues for awhile. I recently had someone ask me to help them with their claim, and it got me to thinking about P&T. Originally while i was waiting for my DRO, I was in the process of going through Voc. Rehab. I was then declared by Voc. Rehab. to be eligible for their program, but then ineligible based upon the Dr's report saying I was unemployable. I then added that paper to my file but don't think it was used in the evidence of my TDIU. The help of what I gathered at Hadit.Com and my DRO i filed seeme…

Unemployment
I had my C&P and turned in my SSI approval letter . I recieved a letter stateing my former employer Army Corps of Eng had 30 days to respond to the form sent a second time. I contacted them for a quick responce. I called Region was told that mail was running 30 days behind. I explained to Region because I have not worked there in 3 years and I did not understand the need. Region said it was fed law, but could not give me either M21-1 or 38 CFR. Are there a lot of other statutes required of them?

Iu Claim Goes How Far Back?
This might be a simple question. I was granted 70% SC in March 2008. My original claim went back to 2002. My POA suggested that I file for IU in March 2008 when my SC claim completed, I did, and apparently it has been approved (she said it looked PT as well) and I'm just waiting for the button to get pushed that sends me the letter and the paycheck changes. My first award with the VA was back in 2003 when I was given 100% IU pension and I stayed on that pension until my SC income was changed this year (When SC began exceeding the amount of pension). I'm being told that my IU claim will only back pay me to March of 2008 of this year (the date I asked for IU). Why isn…

Was I cheated on my TDIU P&T timeline?
Hi everyone! Been a while since I posted, hope all surviving members and their families are doing well. Reason I’m posting today is that I have concerns about the protection timeline for my TDIU P&T rating. I was first granted TDIU in 2010 after applying with a combined rating of 80% (70% MH + 10% knees). After being approved in 2010, I attended several C&P reexaminations over the years; the last being in 2020, where I was finally granted P&T status (according to my award letter). Now I understand that rated conditions are subject to the 5, 10, and 20 year rules, each providing its own level of protection. But when someone’s status changes to P&T,…
