tdiu Info On 21-4192
I'm waiting on a TDIU case to be determined. I logged on to ebenefits today and noticed that the VA had sent 21-4192 letters to 2 old employers with a due date of 4/14/15. What happens on the "due date" if no action is taken by the employer and they don't send it in? I haven't seen much on the 21-4192 and I'd like to know more about the process.

ptsd Advice Needed For Cad Iu
I was called by the VA to schedule two C&Ps...the first one is for my PTSD claim (not worried about that one) and the second one is for my IU claim for CAD. I was awarded 60% (a single stint implanted following a heart attack) for the CAD. The problem is my METS was estimated by the doctor who did the C&P and she she estimated 3-5 and that gave me 60%. No tests of any kind were performed. I retired from my job because some of the locations I had to work at had minimal or no medical facilities available in case I had another heart attack. Soon after retiring I applied for SSDI (still in the decision phase) and soon after, IU. I'm 65 and planned to work ti…

tdiu Urgent New Claim For Tdiu
My fellow Vets, (new guy here, sorry for the double post) I currently have a dilemma, and any useful ideas would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm currently 60% for GERD but my total compensation is 70%. I was working but my GERD was so bad and caused me to take a lot of days off, the symptoms of my GERD and other VA ailments caused me constant depression and daily anxiety. Due to these circumstances my VA Mental Health Doctor wrote a letter to my supervisor(federal job) stating I need to take time off to deal with my mental health issues. Now I'm coming up on year of being out of work. During this time I have been receiving frequent treatment from the VA and I'm on num…

ptsd Inpatient Recommended
I was just discharged for Prolonged Exposure therapy, didn't work for me and I tried extremely hard. My therapist has suggested that I get into resident therapy and we will be filling out the application, which could be a month wait. The program is 90 days... I was hoping to get some advice on what I should do as far as either filing for a IU, an increase, or wait until I get out of the inpatient treatment. I am currently SC 70% for PTSD... thanks for any and all advice. Semper Fi

tdiu 2015 Budget And Tdiu Vets 65 And Older
I've read the 2015 OMB Budget, stating effective 1 Oct 2015 that vets eligible for SSA or drawing SSA at ages 65-67 dependent on birthdays will no longer be paid at the 100% rate and will be paid at their assigned disability rate. Will current Vets that have been being paid a 100% for say 7 or 8 years be flat cutoff or is there a grandfather clause in the making. I am not concerned for myself as I am Schedular 100% with housebound award, but I have two buddies that are TDIU. One is 80% and the other 70%. Does anyone know the current status of this budget recommendation? It is posted on the website, but have not seen any threads concerning it. And Yeah I know it's bee…

tdiu Do I Qualify For Tdiu
Hi I'm new, first time posting. Just won a new award 80% Connected disabilities. 50% anxiety disorder which I think I'm being low balled. Should I try for TDIU? Also I got zero percent for Intertrigo and Raynaud's disease, should I give a NOD to each of the three? Have been out of work since Oct 2013. Any advice or tips or words to how to get them to recognize my anxiety disorder should be higher than 50%? Thank you.
