Parkinson's-Choking-Angioedema
I was scheduled to have a camera stuck down my esophagus to see what was causing me to choke. They suspect that it might be Parkinson's related. I was going to have the procedure done in a non-hospital setting, but once the anesthesiologist saw that I had Angioedema, she stopped the procedure before it even started, and said that it had to be done in a hospital setting as they may have to incubate me. Had gum surgery a few years back and the Periodontist ignored my Angioedema, and I actually died, coded in a stupid Dental chair. I'm glad this Doctor is taking the correct actions. Wish me luck. ptsd Basket Ball
This is the letter I sent to the Famous Nemeyr Attorney Ms ,Thank you for following this case.I am planning on filing a NOD Reason:There is no mention of me being 100% disabled in California and receiving social security disability.I assure you, I cannot hold down a job of any kind. If they took into consideration the whole picture,They would see this just by looking at my psychiatric file. I have been advised by my Current VA Psychiatrist to request an increase, and he would support my claim, in addition, they are sending me to an outsidePsychiatrist that is a specialist in PTSD and she is an MD trained in the US. My VA psychiatrist said to me and I quote, her no…

Ao Claim Ready For Decision
VA 800 told me my AO IHD claim has been ready for decision since April 18th. This seems to correspond with their receipt of my probate papers. I sent directly to AO Phila copy of everything I assumed the VARO would remove from the file (past behavior predicts future behavior) I have no idea what to expect. I get angry when I look at my claim evidence. They can NEVER rectify or compensate for what they did to my husband. It would be odd for me to get a potential award within 9 months of filing this claim (it was lost for about 2 months so that leaves 7 months. AS NVLSP advises in the email they send to anyone who has contacted them- they need to know o…

A lot is wrong with that picture. The AO …

Vietnam Vets With Cml Need To Get Together
We are making a push to get as many CML Vets together as possible. There are a lot of indicators that CML is much more prevalent among Vietnam Vets than the population in general, and we must make a concerted effort to have all the Leukemias on the presumptive list. As closely related as they are, it is really silly that CML is out there almost by itself as not included on the list. I have several of the appeals that have been approved; including for NOK after the veteran died. We need as many CML vets as possible together for this and make the push to find doctors who will state there is a link, congressmen pushing for addition to the list, etc. But it is numbers that do…

Parkinson Sucks
Last week I fell over an outside water outlet, and hit my head on the concrete sidewalk. The side walk is fine. But, apparently the water outlet is not . Just took a sip of soda earlier, and thought I was going to choke to death. I don't know what I would do without my wife. On May 17th, I will undergo a Esophago Gastro Duodenoscopy procedure, to see why I'm choking. I had the test done in 2010, and the indication was Dysphagis, with a tortous Esophagus. I actually had issues with my Esophagus after I got back from Vietnam, along with passing out (fainting sounds too sissy ). But, there was really no exams, exrays, etc done. Same old story, if there were no blo…
